Operations Supervisor

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily logistics and warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Lead and coordinate operational teams to meet performance targets and deadlines
- Monitor shipment handling, receiving, dispatching, and storage activities
- Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of operations activities
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to resolve operational issues
- Provide training and support to new and existing staff
Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of logistics processes, WMS, and inventory control
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Able to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work shifts or overtime when necessary
