Logistics Executive
- Location: Singapore
- Monthly Salary: SGD $2,800 – $3,500
Job Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate international air, sea, and land freight shipments
- Liaise with customers, carriers, and overseas agents for booking and shipment instructions
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, such as BLs, AWBs, invoices, and packing lists
- Track and monitor cargo status to ensure timely delivery and update customers regularly
- Manage customs declarations, permit applications, and ensure compliance with trade regulations
- Resolve shipment issues and discrepancies quickly and professionally
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth cargo handling
- Support billing, invoicing, and documentation archiving
Requirement
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics (air and sea preferred)
- Familiar with Incoterms, shipping procedures, and basic customs clearance processes
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and ability to multitask Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
