Customer Service Coordinator

Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Handle shipment inquiries, provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the logistics process.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding shipment-related inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide accurate and timely shipment updates
  • Resolve service issues or delays promptly and professionally
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the logistics process
  • Support account management activities and customer feedback collection
  • Prepare service reports and assist with performance tracking

Requirement

  • Minimum diploma in Business, Logistics, or related field
  • Prior experience in customer service or logistics coordination preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic logistics systems
  • Able to multitask, prioritise, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Service-oriented with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Team player with attention to detail and organisational skills
